treat teachers as if they are disposable. And in their defense, they are sometimes are. Many teachers are here in Madrid only for a few months; a year at the most. So why get too invested in the long term with these teachers. They're young, poorly educated, and not too enthusiastic beyond where does my next infusion of beer money come from. But, it does give the schools the right to treat students as such.
